Product description:

Winter PU Foam is particularly suitable for use in the construction sector in insulation and installation.
It is suitable for bonding, fixing, installation, sound insulation, thermal insulation, heat insulation, sealing and moisture-proof, gas isolation, filling structural vacancies, engineering holes and various cracked gaps, etc.

1. The normal operating temperature of the material tank is +5°C~+35°C.
2. The optimal operating temperature is +18°C~+25°C.
3. The temperature resistance range after curing is -30°C~+80°C.
4. Foam can adhere to concrete, coatings, walls, wood and plastic surfaces. However, Teflon and silicone are not included.
5. The product does no harm to the human body after curing.

1. Before construction, remove floating dust and oil on the construction surface, and spray a little water on the construction surface.
2. When filling vertical gaps, it must be filled from bottom to top (pay attention to the expansion performance of the foam).
3. The flow rate of foam can be adjusted by controlling the trigger.
4. The foam can be cleaned with a special cleaning agent before it solidifies.
5. The detackification time of the foam surface is 10 minutes. The foam can be cut after 20 minutes, the foam solidifies after about 1 hour, and reaches stability within 3-5 hours. (All data are obtained under laboratory conditions).
6. This product is not UV-resistant, so it is recommended to coat the fixed foam surface with other materials (for example: cement mortar, paint, etc.).

1. Shake the container up and down for one minute before use.
2. Clean and dry the surface before construction.
3. Connect the material tank to the spray gun upside down and turn it counterclockwise to open the flow valve.
4. The injection time is from bottom to top, and the injection volume is only 1/2 of the required filling volume.
5. The foam will begin to solidify after ten minutes, and the next step can be carried out after one hour.
6. The excess part of the cured foam can be removed with a scraper. The surface is treated with cement, mortar, paint or silicone.

1. Store in a cool, dry place with the temperature not exceeding +50°C.
2. Do not burn or shorten empty cans after use.
3. It is prohibited to be close to open flames or in contact with flammable and explosive products.
4. Foam can adhere to concrete, coatings, walls, wood and plastic surfaces. But does not include Teflon and silicone tree cover and goggles, also don't smoke.
5. Place the material tank in a place where children are out of reach. If the foam harms your eyes, please rinse with water or follow medical advice; if it harms your skin, rinse with soap or water.
