Product Features:
- One-component, neutral-curing high-performance silicone sealant.
- It has good adhesion with most metal and non-metal materials, and does not pollute the surrounding environment.
- The cured elastomer has excellent electrical insulation, high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance, and resistance to external lines.
- Excellent flame retardant performance, reaching FV-0 level.
The Main Purpose:
- The sealing of the frame of the solar cell module.
- Solar cell module junction box bonding.
- Solar lamps are sealed.
Instructions:
- Use a cleaning agent to clean the grease, dust, scale, etc. on the glued surface, and apply glue after drying.
- Form a continuous, fully filled colloid.
- After applying glue, trim and remove excess glue in time.
- After opening the package, use it up as much as possible; if you don't use it up once, when you use it again, squeeze out the cured part and use it continuously.
- When applying glue, ensure that the bonded surface is in full contact with the sealant, and there can be no gaps and air bubbles.
- It should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place below 27°C. The storage period is 12 months. After this period, it can be used only after passing the inspection.
